Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for retreat bookings made with Energy Therapy in Sitges – The Retreat, operated by Jeremy Norton as a sole trader (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a retreat, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us.
2. Participant Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@energytherapyinsitgesretreat.com.
- More than 30 days before the retreat start date: You are entitled to a full refund.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund will be issued.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend the retreat without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
4. Transfers of Booking
You may request to transfer your booking to another person more than 30 days before the retreat start date, subject to our approval. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms.
5. Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient participant numbers, venue issues, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters or government restrictions). In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled or future retreat.
6. Travel and Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal property. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfil our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
